Tran Van Hay, 67, from Chau Thanh district in the southern Kien Giang province of Vietnam poses for a photo showing his over 6.2 meters. Hay has his name written in the Vietnam Guinness Book of records and is expected to have his name written in the world's Guinness record book soon. Hay has not had his hair cut for 31 years.

This is sick! It looks like he's holding a long turd. How gross! If he hasn't washed it in 6 years, what kind of critters are living in there? Mice...rats...spiders...who else knows what. GET A HAIR CUT DUDE!
