Blackout

Saturday 16th August 2003 | by chris [mail] | Categories: POLITICS

This AP report asks Iraqis for tips to help USians in their current current shortage. All of them were useful though I liked the follow up on this one:
9: SIT IN THE SHADE. Many Iraqis go outside when the power's off. "We sit in the shade," said George Ruweid, 27, playing cards with friends on the sidewalk. Of the U.S. blackout, he said: "I hope it lasts for 20 years. Let them feel our suffering."
Personally I couldn't give a rat's arse about the power shortage in USA, other than to agree wth Mr Ruweid.
